The Public Records person has emailed encrypted files twice, but I am not getting anything. I have asked for help twice from MuckRock, but have not heard back at all. I have another request in, and it is a waste of time and money if MuckRock is not going to help me get the info sent. Any suggestions for fix are appreciated.
I was able to fix by clicking on the alert icon (bell) in upper right of screen, then went through the encryption sign-in/password setup required. That generated an auto-response with a confirm/decline activation link. I confirmed activation, entered my Muckrock email (assigned to this request) and password (which I had just created), and was able to download the zipped file.
