Records Exist But Not Disclosed by Manhattan DA's Office

Three months after acknowledging that the requested records exist and–nothing. Nada. Zilch: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/new-york-city-17/manhattan-da-records-request-16954.
And, when a second request for the same records was sent four months later to cover a gap from the initial records request to the date of the acknowledgement that there are records, not a single response: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/new-york-city-17/manhattan-da-records-request-19948.
Any legal or (non-legal) practical advice is appreciated! Thank you!
I’ve never really had much luck with FOIL. Its always seemed to me like New York is one of the least public records friendly states in the country. If you live close-by, you might want to visit the office one day and see if there is anyone there you can pester to get your request processed faster.
