I made payment for request #97692 (Receipt Attached). I then emailed the agency to let them know to expect payment after I made the payment.

Right after I made the payment, the request status went to “Processing”. However, once I emailed the agency (right after I made payment), the status went back to “Awaiting Response”.

Could you please confirm that you received my payment and are mailing a check to the agency?
