When is the appropriate time to appeal the determination the Secret Service made for denying my fee waiver - now, while the determination is fresh or later on after I receive responsive documents?
They completely ignored the multiple reasons I gave them for why the files I am seeking are in the public interest and made a seemingly knee jerk decision my request is for “commercial use.”
