NARA responsive documents for specified logged records

Hello, our request here: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/nara-responsive-documents-for-specified-logged-records-10650/ recently was denied a fee waiver due to the fact that the requested items are archival. Do digital copies require the same payment, and how does Muckrock deal with payment? (We do not have credit card - is there an alternative method?)
NARA has pretty rigid fee structures, unfortunately.
As far as payment, MuckRock can handle this if you send a check for the indicated amount to:

You can also send the check directly to NARA and let us know that you’ve submitted it, so that we can follow up as appropriate.
