I submitted an FOIA to the CIA on 11/23/2014 and am still awaiting acknowledgment. This is the first time I’ve submitted an FOIA to the CIA, so my expectations may be out of line. Plus, there may be a delay because of the holiday season. Still, does anyone think the CIA is taking an unusually long time to acknowledge my FOIA?
