So Florida’s law doesn’t actually have set time limits. The standard is generally just ASAP:
The only delay permitted in the release of requested records is limited to a reasonable time to allow the custodian of the records to retrieve the records and delete those portions exempt from disclosure.
Since the state had mandatory attorney’s fees awarded if an agency is found to be noncompliance, agencies tend not to impose many delays, but if you’d like us to help find a pro bono attorney that might be interested in applying pressure, just let us know.
