Can you tell me what happened? I’m getting a 404 not found error on your request. Cloning it, however, gives me the text, so I’ll critique it. FOIA does not require agencies to create new documents or answer questions, so your request would be denied for that reason. It’s also asking for employer names and EINs, so those would be denied/redacted per (b)(6). Also, you really don’t need the obnoxious amount of capitals. Typing like a normal person will get you the information just as well.
