Team - I don’t have the consent of these two TSA agents to release their records. Should i just ask for all records that don’t require their consent. For example they can exclude their HR information but include any incident reports about them or training they attended?

Arthur, hello- Unfortunately, you’d have to ask for documents that don’t directly concern those people you’re asking about - info regarding specific daily schedules or class rosters, rather than individual records. All the best, J.Pat
