Direct Messages Between Curiosity Rover and Philae
Derek Mead sent this request to the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) of the United States of America
That’s really weird. I would file an appeal, stating that someone reasonable familiar with the social media accounts in question would understand the data being requested.
Maybe some language like this would help:
“Twitter has a private messaging service, in addition to its public tweets. I’m asking for all the private messages, also known as Direct Messages or DMs, sent through the service by the accounts in question. Whomever operates the respective accounts should understand the described records.”
