The FBI is requiring that I provide them with privacy releases from the 3 persons I’m asking about in my FOIA. Since I am sure those persons wouldn’t give me signed privacy releases, this request is effectively dead.

John, hello- Unfortunately, there’s no way around the privacy exemption - maybe try asking about their work rather than the people themselves? Best, J.Pat
