The request you have for Sgt Gittings shows a sever mental problem on your part. You interaction with him was 8 and a half years ago. Can you not let things go ? why did you hang on to this? Your complaint was mainly that he held you hand and stood close to you to take your fingerprints. Well hello thats how it is done. Other people who were there said he wasn’t near the bathroom when you were in there. You have no proof of anything say you have a vivid imagination. You are a vengeful person. This man has done great things for the community. His work with DUIs and ticket or click it have won him awards from the Governors office and MADD. He was also the employee of the year at Pima college in 2009. It is a shame that because your complaint was deemed unfounded 8 and a half years later you want to tarnish a good mans reputation. Shame on you!
I have known Sergeant Gittings for 10 years. He has always been a stellar officer, and a forthright person. He has made numerous contributions to the college and the community. He is a police officer, of course he is going to get complaints it comes with the job. As is stated these complaints were unfounded. Why don’t you just let it be? To hold on to something for some 8 or more years is not healthy. Why are you holding a grudge for so long? Please answer me so I can understand your fixation and unhealthy obsession. Do you have a personal axe to grind with this officer or Pima college, or are you looking to profit from this?
