How please can I find the supporting data, including date range and number of female victims in Central Pennsylvania forced to sexually service men under abusive physical force 9 ,000 - 14,000 times per ryear ? See the below ABC 27 news article with YWCA quote:

You could ask the police departments for all of their communications with the YWCA group.
