Hello I am just getting going using the service. I submitted a few requests but noticed that while one got submitted right away the others still say “Processing” days later. What is the typical processing time for these? Thanks!

We try to get requests processed in one business day; sometimes it may take longer if we’re researching any special requirements an agency might have for how it receives requests.
