Possible to attach files in follow-up requests?

There are often specific forms that agencies send that they want filled out for requests. Is it possible to attach these files in a response through the Muckrock system? I don’t see a place for file attachments to be sent.

Hi Eric,

Yes, although currently there’s something of a clumsy workaround. If the form is a PDF you can link us to, please use the “Get Help” button and let us know what we need to do, and we’ll do it. If it’s something you’ve filled out and want us to attach, just shoot an email to info@muckrock.com with the attachment and we’ll send out. We’re working on implementing this on-site, but since we send communications to agencies via fax, email, and mail, it’s taking a little while to get right.
