Police claim they didn't get muckrock checks

Is it possible to get copies of cancelled checks. The Surprise AZ police and Lee County Florida Sheriff’s Office are claiming muckrock pocketed monies intended to pay for public record fees. I don’t believe these cops, they have lied before. I need copies of the cancelled checks for presentation in court to show what liars these crooked cops are. — scott huminski
