I enjoyed your piece on Key West. However, Key West is not The Conch Republic. Key West is the capitol of the Conch Republic. The Conch Republic extends from The Dry Tortugas, seventy miles west of Key West, through all of the Florida Keys, including those in the Florida Bay, and up through the mainland to The Last Chance Saloon in Florida City.
