is there a way to not have "Freedom of Information Act Request" prepended to email subject lines?

I have some requests I’m planning on filing that do not fall under FOIA, and I’m trying to make sure they don’t get mistaken for FOIA requests and mis-processed. I know how to edit the template to change the body of the request.
