Has any user here on MuckRock ever done any FOIA requests to the IRS?

Sorry, let me clarify. Any IRS FOIA request dealing with “withholding agents” and who exactly they are required to withhold from. And how does this apply to U.S. citizens.

Reference: Title 26 § (16) The term “withholding agent” means any person required to deduct and withhold any tax under the provisions of section 1441, 1442, 1443, or 1461.
