Interior Department denying MuckRock requests

I keep having my MuckRock FOIA submissions to the Interior Department denied because the agency is no longer accepting FOIA submissions via email – it is only accepting faxes from now on. Is there anything MuckRock can do to make faxing the default setting for all FOIA requests to DOI and its subagencies, including the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service , the Fish and Wildlife Service, the Secretary’s office and the Solicitor’s office?
