Depends. Sometimes they’ll forward it (they’ll usually tell you) and sometimes they’ll just say that other responsive records may be held by another agency. If they don’t mention forwarding it, it’s probably safe to assume they didn’t. If you’re unsure, you can ask the person who handled the request.
