I received a previously processed document that only satisfies part of my request, how do I best go about requesting an additional search for records through MuckRock?

Hey, I requested “Source Code, documentation, and training manuals for the legacy Federal Bureau of Investigation Automated Case Support system” and only received the previously processed Automated Case Support Basic Reference Guide. It does partially satisfy my request (although they pretty much expunged everything but the Table of Contents and Index) but I’d like to get them to search for the other documents I requested. Should I hit the red “Appeal” button on MuckRock or do I need to make a new request?
