How to upload the result of my request manually?

Hey folks, I asked the BPD to provide their rules/procedures in the form of a single electronic file. As I was going back and forth with them I just coded a web scraper to collect and merge the pieces to create this file myself. I would like to post this a file for a “partially fulfilled” request, but when I change the status, I do not see any opportunity to upload a file. Can you figure out a way for me to do this?

Well that’s one way to do it! We only post documents we get directly back from agencies in the normal request flow, but if you email it to me at michael@muckrock.com I’ll post it with a note that you scraped it and cleaned it up.
