How long should it take to get an agency's contact information updated?

I submitted a public records request to the Cambridge Arts Council and, after no response, I took a look at the contact information and saw that it used a fax number. A couple of days ago, I submitted a change to use the email address of the Council’s Director. How long should that take to process?
