How long does it take Muckrock to upload documents once they are received?

I manually followed up with the agency I submitted a request to and they informed me that my requested documents were mailed on April 24th, nearly 2 weeks ago. I have followed up with Muckrock twice to see if the documents were received and if they will be uploaded soon, and have not heard back. I’m starting to get frustrated - things would have gone a lot faster if I just did the records request on my own. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for them to upload documents once received?
