How can I purchase a request?

Hi Cecilia! Sorry you’re running into issues. What browser are you using? There should be a “Buy Requests” button at the bottom of the screen that pops up a window to take credit card information.
Also for this particular request, since you’re asking for someone’s files, you’ll need to include either an obituary or a privacy act waiver if they’re still alive. If it’s the latter, shoot us a note at info@muckrock.com and we can help out directly with that.
