I just got an update on one of my requests saying that a fix needs to be paid.

Two questions:

1) Can I dispute the fee? The agency rejected my request to have the fee waived. 2) If this is impossible, how can I pay it?

Sorry for the delay! Yes, you can dispute this. Do you have a link to the request so I can take a look at it?

If you change the status on the left to “Payment Required” you can pay the fee; it should automatically get set properly by staff once we get to that communication.
