Getting to the right FOIA office when a FOIA is transferred to different agency

My FOIA on Guantanamo Mortuary Affairs has been kicked around by DOD agencies. Most recently, on 4/21/15, the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) forwarded my request to Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, FOIA Office, ATTN: HMCS Richard Laxa, FPO AE 09589-9997, for action and direct response to me. I believe from the FOIA page for this request, that follow-up communications are still being sent to BUMED, and not to the Naval Hospital Guantanamo FOIA Office. To date, I have heard nothing from Mr. Laxa or the Naval Hospital Guantanamo FOIA office. –> Could you please see that a follow-up communication is sent to Mr. Laxa at the address above?
