Ford Cuautitluan attack (1990)

I am seeking information pertaining to an armed attack on a group of striking Mexican workers at a Ford assembly plant in 1990 in which 12 of the workers were wounded and 1 killed. I am quite sure the CIA was involved in this though the American Institute for Free labor Development. I filed a FOIA request on Nov. 1 but they have not acknowledged my request. Any suggestions?
