I filed a FOIL request with the NY State Department of Labor back in May. I spoke with an attorney on staff last week, who says the files have been pulled and vetted, but are awaiting final approval by the senior attorney. I’ve left several voicemails, and he’s not returning my calls. What should my next step be?
