I have filed initial requests for information (FOIA no. 1378145-000;1378258-000;1378192-000;1378161-000;1378211-000) and received no response citing privacy issues. How do I resubmit the file request and in addition request the processing logs for the requests.

If you resubmit a request that was previously denied, it will be denied again. If you want the documents and believe that you have a case, you need to file an appeal. To request processing notes you just need to ask for processing notes and you need to give them the request number.
