My FOIA request sent Nov. 2015 was addressed to John Kelly, Commander Southern Command.
Southern Command refused to acknowledge my request.
Muckrock sent about 30 prompts to Southern Command between Dec. 2015 - July 2017
John Kelly retired from Marine Corps Jan. 2016.
John Kelly appointed head of Homeland Security Jan. 2017.
My original FOIA request to John Kelly is passed off to the DEA about July 2017, DEA generates a nothing burger response.
