FOIA REQUEST FOR THREAT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM OR WATCH PROGRAM

The act you are looking for is called the Privacy Act. It allows you to request records regarding yourself. You can request these records from any federal government agency that you think may hold records regarding yourself. FBI would be a good start, and DHS, too, maybe. Don’t waste your time with the CIA, though. All you’ll need to do to make a request is verify your identity using a short form from DOJ.
