FBI delay in request of records

Hi,
Which request is this in reference to? FBI average response time is about 114 days, but before hiring a lawyer you can also file an administrative appeal or reach out to OGIS (https://ogis.archives.gov/). Doing either of these doesn’t mean you can’t file suit later, but can often lead to quicker resolutions without requiring an attorney.
By law, federal agencies must provide an estimate response time; sometimes it requires reminding them of this to get one.
