I have tried twice to donate to a request. Both times a green screen has popped up with “Thank you!” on it, but I have not received a receipt and I am in contact with the person making the request and they have not received it.

What am I doing wrong? Or is there a problem with the system right now?

Thanks so much for trying, and we’re really sorry the payment didn’t go through. It looks like a bug in the system that we’re working on diagnosing now, but we received your PayPal donation and will credit it to the account in question.
