Dear Muckrock:
In the third week of June, I filed a FOIA request through your website with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services Department for information on all EB-5 funded projects in the country for the years 2015 and 2016, https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/eb-5-funded-projects-for-2015-and-2016-26378/. Last Thursday, I spoke with Dawn Horn, my contact with that agency, on when the CD-ROM containing our requested information had been shipped out to Muckrock. She told me they had put those CD-ROMs in the mail on Tuesday, September 13th, eight days ago. Did your office ever receive them? She mentioned that she sent them to Muckrock’s Massachusetts address.
