Decriminalization in Mass re drug testing in NH

I’m applying for a job with a company based in NH, but my territory is in MA. I recently moved from Va and am in process of est. residency in MA.
Drug test may be required for NH company, although decriminalization laws are in place in Mass… I can’t find out what my rights are, as it seems to be a nuanced area that no one knows much about. I would appreciate anything!
