I submitted a fix, then the same day received an exact copy of the original response. This makes no sense because the response to my fix is dated 3/14/17 when it’s viewed, though the date if it’s not opened for viewing is 3/27/17. Can someone please help me?

No, I’m just being realistic. If the activities you allege are taking place were actually taking place, they certainly wouldn’t tell you that in a FOIA response. Plus, you didn’t describe the documents you are looking for and didn’t complete an identity verification sheet.
