I believe I have been blacklisted/and or placed on a freedom from terrorist list as a result of reporting supervisor abuse at a large insurance company. I also am unable to get a stable job as a registered nurse, which I’ve been for over 20 years. From my research, these companies do not have to release any information. How would I obtain information about blacklisting or placed on a health and safety list?
Companies do not release information. Government agencies, generally, do. If you believe there to be a government agency, or an agent of the government acting in an official capacity, involved in this, you can send a public records request to that agency. Requesting documents about yourself is usually easier than other documents.
