Pima County is asking me to withdraw my FOIA request due to the information being available to the public on their website. They ask that I withdraw the request and that once I do they will forward me the link to the information I am seeking.
Any thoughts or advice?

A little bit strange. Have you tried to find the information yourself? I would agree to withdraw the request and then re-file it if the links they provide are not exactly what you are requesting.
