Appeals

I have an active appeal at the State level of a FOIA rejection decision made at the local level. Is there a way of uploading the correspondance with the State to the original “request thread”, so everything is viewable in the same spot on the site? (I.e., upload the letter from the State to the local jurisdiction requiring them to respond with additional information to justify their rejection).
