Appeal must be physically mailed to a different agency

I think I have a very solid grounds for appeal on this request, but it seems like that the Public Disclosure Agency Appeals Office in Washington State only accepts physical post.

Am I own, or is there anyway that I can do this through MuckRock? They have an email address listed: docpdappeals@DOC1.wa.gov, and there is a contact in the exemption response.

Obviously, I’d prefer to use MuckRock, but I guess I could just mail the letter myself and put MuckRock as the return address? What is MuckRock’s physical address?

Hey Rich! By default we mail appeals, so just use appeal button and it will be taken care of! If they require an appeal form, we can manually print it, just put a note in the appeal form or email it to info@muckrock.com
