A widow (friend) in a different county who does not own a computer, she ask me to send two attorneys a request for their EINs under IRS Form W-9 . She said to use her name or anonymous. What are your rules please? and thank-you!

The IRS does not allow you to fill out a W-9 anonymously, nor does it allow you to use another persons name to fill it out.
