Account required for Memphis request

HI,

I’ve received a notification that a fix is required for my Memphis request. The letter says I need to create an account in their online public records portal. I actually can’t create an account because it requires a state ID. I had been under the impression that a proxy would be filing this request for me. Please feel free to chat further.
