I think they may have gone through with errors. There should have been one addressed to University of Massachusetts with the language:

(1) Any written or electronic communication from January 6, 2014 to the present between any employee of the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute and any employee of the Boston 2024 Partnership. (2) Any written or electronic communication from January 6, 2014 to the present between any employee of the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute and any member of the Boston 2024 Executive Committee.
