Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Any e-mails between the mayor's office, the city council and its members, the school board, and Northwestern Middle School administrators related to the investigation into the sexual misconduct of former Northwestern Middle School teacher Ellarea Silva
- Any e-mails between the mayor's office, and the Zachary Police Department concerning the above matter.
- Any documents relating to the Zachary Police Department's investigation of the above matter.
- Any e-mails or other communications between the Mayor's office, city council members, or Police Department that reference City Councilman La'el Collins

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
