I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Ypsilanti Mayor Amanda Edmonds from January 1, 2010 to Present day, containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: 'immigration' or 'immigrant'.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your patience. I have begun review of the materials for your FOIA request. Before continuing, a 50% deposit is required. The total estimated cost is $100.64 (deposit required: $50.32) I have attached a Detailed Cost Itemization form for your review.

The total balance must be paid before the materials will be released. Due to the number of emails recovered in the search, the materials will be loaded to a CD-ROM and mailed via First Class U.S. mail. If you wish to have tracking information for your package, there will be an additional fee.

Please make your check for $50.32 (deposit - or you can pay in full) payable to "City of Ypsilanti" and mail it to our office.
