To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Recently the Wyoming legislature passed a bill authorizing pay increases for state employees. Having reviewed the Classification & Pay Structure on the Wyoming Administration & Information website I see that the documents relating to the recent increase have not been updated.
I am submitting this request for the new Pay Tables and new Classification & Pay Structure Listing relating to all agencies that fall under the Wyoming Administration and Information Department.
I understand that employees' salaries fluctuate depending on time in service, performance reviews, and additional information. I am not looking for individual salaries, only the information that pertains to the aforementioned documents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Brad Mruzek
