From: Wyoming State Auditor's Office

Dear Casey Mruzek,

Please find attached the requested information. The attachment contains
the name of the employee, the assignment title and description (job
title/position), the organizational unit (Wyoming State Auditor's Office),
location (all our employees are located in Cheyenne, WY) and salary amount
(wages). We do not allow our employees overtime compensation. I was unsure
how you wanted me to calculate current year earnings (calendar year, fiscal
year or federal year), but the current year to date earnings for each
employee can be calculated by taking the listed salary divided by 12
(depending on the year start date).

Thank you,
Eydie

I appreciate your quick response but I was looking for information that pertains to all state employees not just your department. I understand that most departments are not allowed overtime, however there are several that do. I am looking for the calendar year to date. Thank you for your assistance in this.

From: Wyoming State Auditor's Office

Dear Casey Mruzek,

Thank you for the amended public records request. I have attached a
revised report that includes state employees beyond our agency. This
report includes overtime (if allowed) and current year to date earnings.

I have attached the original report you received from the State of Wyoming
Administration and Information (A&I) and a supplemental report from our
agency to meet your request.

Thank you,
Eydie Trautwein
