Documents pertaining to the Hon. Ruth Neely, Pinedale Town Judge and part-time Wyoming Circuit Court Magistrate. This request only covers documents created after October 1 2014, nothing from before that is not requested or required. Documents sought are as follows:
-memos or requests received from the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics, the Wyoming Attorney General's Office, the Wyoming Secretary of State's Office, and the Town of Pinedale that mention or discuss Judge Neely.
-emails with the aforementioned authorities that mention or discuss Judge Ruth Neely.
-emails with the aforementioned authorities that discuss Wyoming judges refusing to officiate same-sex weddings.
-memos, emails, and requests sent internally that mention or discuss Judge Ruth Neely.
-memos, emails, and requests received that discuss Wyoming judges refusing to officiate same-sex weddings.
-memos, emails, and requests sent internally that discuss Wyoming judges refusing to officiate same-sex weddings.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

received by the Governor's Office on December 27, 2016. You requested memos
